2021.11.28: i was going to self-host but with no luck. i tried community server, i tried the original nodejs server, i tried setting up a nextcloud server with solid plugin, absolutely no luck, none of them worked. i can register and stuff, but cannot login on other people's services. well fuck me i'll just use my old pod then, i thought. i registered it in 2018, the year tim berners-lee announced inrupt, and just like my life there really isn't that much of a progress. not giving up though, not yet - it's tim berners-lee and i need his fame to back it up so that when i base my upcoming big plan on it it will have a less chance of becoming yet another niche subculture like any other non-social network decentralized platform...
