Moved from Vultr to DigitalOcean.

Was trying to register another account on Vultr to retain pseudonymity (as I always try to do), turns out Vultr really didn't like that and I ended up getting my new account annihilated & my PayPal account couldn't be used on my original one anymore. This is bad, I thought, because once AliPay is gone (in the future) I cannot pay for my servers anymore (PayPal is less likely to be so). Also because I don't need that much computing power right now DigitalOcean is a slightly cheaper choice.
