5-Bit Telegraph Code for Type-55 Teletypewriter

Type-55 teletypewriter (supposedly) could uses ITA2 as well, but Mainland China switched the encodings of numbers (all numbers are encoded with 3 ones and 2 zeroes) to have some kind of error detection built-in. Each character was preceded by 20ms of 0 and 30ms of 1.
